SADISA have been awarded, by GESAICAN, construction and operation of the building called "Dávila" which will house the Departments of Education and Culture, Tourism and Sport, Government of Cantabria, for an amount of € 9,493,962.49 (VAT not included) and 35 years of operation through annual lease for an amount exceeding € 2,000,000.00 (VAT not included).

This contract in terms of exploitation, the cleaning and building maintenance: Electrical, mechanical (plumbing, gas, air conditioning and ventilation), fire protection facilities (detection, fire and alarms), telecommunication facilities (voice, data and paging), installation of lifting, cleaning, access control and surveillance and gardening

The location of the plot is located in - calle General Dávila,- in Santander, near the Conservatory of Music, now occupied by the Regional Printing Workshops and Nave support of the Government of Cantabria.

The building according to the technical project is solved with a rectangular-based, 58.10 x 25.70 meters and 23.60 meters in height. It ripped through a hole in its core slabs running a nucleus with a width of 5.00 meters wide.

The total area is 9.612m2 built, having as main activities to develop the following: footings and slab foundation with reinforced concrete pillars supporting structure and slabs of reinforced concrete slab of 8.10 m span. The facades are resolved with a latticework of steel rolling mill system Façades by corrugated sheet metal ventilated, partitioned by glass-enclosed systems and freestanding partitions, anodized aluminum exterior carpentry, building development environment and complete facilities of the building ( plumbing, electrical, voice and data, air conditioning, etc.)

The ground floors (ground and mezzanine) are connected forming a double-height space that receives the citizen and the officer with a space endowed with great significance. The rest of the plants have a height of three meters in height.

The building has two vertical circulation cores, which include two elevators and a stairway communication and evacuation. These run along the entire vertical section from the garage to the top floor of offices and plant facilities. For its part, the low ground is a plant intended for parking, facilities, general file, stores and facilities.

The ground floor reception program develops and citizen services, as well as acts of public (conferences, press conferences, exhibitions ...). The mezzanine provides support to the downside.

The first floor will house the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Sport, with the different work units (counselors, secretaries, offices, rooms and work areas).

In the second and third floors house the Ministry of Education, also with the dependencies specified in the program needs.

Finally, the fourth floor as a whole is intended to facilities such as boiler, generator, pump room, air conditioners, and so on.
