The Contracting Authority District Fuencarral-El Pardo of Madrid City Council, awarded ASCAN, Construction and Management Company, SA Framework Agreement for the works and performances of conditioning and reform of public roads and urban spaces District Fuencarral-El Pardo.
 
The estimated maximum budget set in the tender is 285 940 euros, which will focus on the implementation of construction, alteration and demolition of steps of vehicles, sidewalk reconstruction and the implementation of small actions following the transfer or other changes in kiosks and located, actions arising from the conduct of festivals and other events, fairs and markets within the jurisdiction of the District under the powers given to them.

The period of implementation of the Framework Agreement establishing the date of execution of the contract until December 31, 2010.
