Group History

The Sadisa Business Group in 1996, when the Díaz Díaz family, as majority shareholder or the only shareholder in some of the societies, dedicated to the building and civil engineering area (ASCAN) the environment and management of urban solid remainders and road cleaning (ASCAN and SADISA) and te exploitation of quarries, aggregate treatment and conquered plants (HORMISA, CADESA, HOMICANSA, HOPRISA) develop a mercantile and organizational restructuration which gives as a result a leader group in their sectors in the region of Cantabria.

In that way, reach the end of an era lead by the current president and delegated counsellor of the group, Mr. Santiago Díaz Díaz, who since 1970 devoted his efforts to boost and promote the work initiated by his father Mr. Santiago Díaz González. The result: a constant progression in the extension in the object in the set of societies and the business volume.

The Sadisa Group evolution in these years, based on diversification and innovation, has become in a core element in its growing. Always starting from a deep knowledege and "from within" of each productiviy area, and with the backing of a great management capacity, the Sadisa Group has known how to create, in each of its steps, a great component of value and service surrounding all its activities
